    1. Insight to Action – working to translate the analytical insights to action for the following projects
      • inequalities in planned care
      • inequalities in access to childrens and young peoples mental health services
      • outpatients
      • making the case for integrating physical health and mental health services
      • health service use in the last two years of life
    2. Producing actionable insight
      • Autism Population Health Needs Assessment
      • Perinatal Equity Strategy
      • Inequalities Profile and what works to address inequalities
      • Diabetes pathway inequalities
      • Inequalities in non-elective activity
      • Using our newly procured Shared Care Record to provide PHM insight
    3. Developing a System Outcomes Framework based around the three aims of the ICS
    4. Network Development – identifying potential network members in each of our key areas: Analytics, Qualitative Research, Evaluation and Knowledge Management. Establishment of local networks across the system, linked to and learning from the MDSN communities of practice.
    5. Training and Development – strong programme of training and development agreed for the system
